Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The bleeding volume is more than 1000ml, the parturient with uterine fibroids.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Maternal women with abnormal placental structure or function (placenta previa, placenta with low position, placental abruption, placental implantation, etc.); 2. Pregnant women with abnormal uterus and patients with coagulation dysfunction; 3. Other factors leading to postpartum hemorrhage (such as fetal malposition, advanced age, etc.).
