Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. We identified consecutive patients over 14 years old who underwent surgery in the Information Center of West China Hospital of Sichuan University from February 2018 to November 2020; 2. Only index cases are used for patients with multiple operations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing diagnostic, cardiac, obstetric ophthalmic surgery; 2.Patients without available preoperative hs-TnT measurement before surgery.
