Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was diagnosed as sepsis according to the Third Edition of the International Consensus on Sepsis and Septic Shock (Sepsis-3 Guidelines); 2. Age = 18 years; 3. General information is complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Long term use of hormones and immunosuppressants; 2. There are blood system diseases; 3. Malignant tumor or malignant disease substance; 4. Pregnant and lactating women.
