Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 70 years old; 2.The patient was diagnosed with knee arthritis by X-ray; 3.Patients with mild to moderate knee arthritis(Kellgren-Lawrence grades 1-3); 4.The duration of knee pain is greater than or equal to 6 months; 5.The patient does not respond well to conservative treatment (physical therapy/analgesia/exercise/weight loss, etc.); 6.The patients were able to understand the content of the clinical trial and signed the informed consent voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with rheumatoid arthritis or infectious arthritis 2.The patient had a history of knee replacement surgery 3.Severe knee arthritis (Kellgren-Lawrence Grade 4) 4.Renal insufficiency (eGFR < 45) 5. knee hemorrhage 6.Coagulation dysfunction 7.Patients who are pregnant or breast-feeding, or who are planning to become pregnant during the trial 8.The investigator was judged unfit to participate in the clinical trial
