Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Anesthesia is general anesthesia with tracheal intubation; 2. When pulling out the tube, the patient has recovered consciousness, and Steward's awakening score has reached 6 points; 3. The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) is classified as Grade I to Grade III; 4. Age>65 years; 5. Patients with normal cough reflex function.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who need to abstain from drinking for a long time after the operation on oropharynx, digestive tract, abdomen, brain, spine and other parts; 2. People with gastrointestinal dysfunction in the past; 3. People with swallowing dysfunction; 4. Language communication barrier; 5. People with mental illness and poor compliance.
