Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Eyes diagnosed with acute retinal necrosis and in stable uveitis after antiviral therapy; 2. Herpes zoster virus infection was confirmed by previous intraocular fluid test, and the current viral load is zero; 3. No other organ system is seriously involved espect eyes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous diagnosis of other types of keratitis; 2. Other ocular lesions that may affect the corneal epithelium and corneal nerves, such as severe blepharitis,trichiasis, inversion and inversion of the eyelids, etc; 3. Any systemic diseases that may cause corneal epithelium and corneal nerves, such as diabetes, immune diseases, etc; 4. A history of mental illness or depression, cognitive impairment; 5. History of other serious eye diseases or intraocular surgery.
