Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The operation of vaginal cerclage failed; 2. Have a history of cervical surgery, and the cervix and vagina are short in gynecological examination; 3. The cervix is too short (the length of cervical tube measured by vaginal ultrasound before pregnancy is = 25mm); 4. Have deep cervical laceration, cervical vaginal fistula, hard cervical scar and difficult vaginal suture in the past; 5. = 2 painless cervical dilatation related fetal loss in mid pregnancy; 6. = 2 preterm births before 34 weeks; 7. Cervical incompetence with infertility or recurrent abortion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Advanced malignant tumor; 2. The patient's general condition cannot tolerate anesthesia or laparoscopic surgery; 3. Acute genital tract inflammation; 4. The pelvic cavity is seriously adhered, and the uterine rectal recess is closed; 5. Pregnant patients with severe internal and external diseases (heart disease, immune disease) or familial genetic diseases are not recommended.
