18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need general anesthesia for elective surgery; 2. ASA1-2; 3. Aged 18-60; 4. BMI 18-24kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with basic diseases of central nervous system, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, abnormal liver and kidney functions, abnormal lung functions, and arrhythmia; 2. Alcohol addiction or drug abuse.
