Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women at term (more than 37 weeks of gestation); 2. Age above 18, ASA grade I-II; 3. Body mass index (BMI)<30 kg/m2; 4. No contraindication of anesthesia in spinal canal and no infection at puncture site; 5. Easy communication can better cooperate with this researcher.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Persons with serious internal and external diseases; 2. People who are allergic to local anesthetics; 3. Persons suffering from mental diseases and unable to cooperate; 4. The patient withdrew from the study.
