Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 43 patients who underwent upper limb surgery at selected time; 2. ASA classification I-III; 3. Aged 18-70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient refuses; 2. Coagulation dysfunction; 3. Neuropathy; 4. Local anesthesia drug allergy; 5. Infection of puncture site; 6. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 7. Severe pulmonary dysfunction; 8. Mental illness; 9. Medical history of drug abuse; 10. Body mass index = 30kg/m2.
