Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Selected patients diagnosed with primary trigeminal neuralgia and gave informed consent to the study; 2. Willing to perform radiofrequency thermocoagulation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with known coagulation disorders; 2. The patient refused to participate; 3. Co-infected patients; 4. Patients with trauma injuries; 5. Cognitive and mental abnormalities, communication disorders; 6. Pregnant and lactation, patients with chronic underlying diseases; 7. Patients with multi-system organ insufficiency; 8. Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney or thromboembolic diseases.
