18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; 2. According to the diagnosis of CD recommended in the Consensus Opinion on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (imaging, endoscopic and biopsy features, clinical manifestations), the diagnosis of CD was confirmed; 3. Serum C-reactive protein (CRP) >=10mg/L and Crohn's disease activity index (CDAI) > 150 and 3; 5. Symptoms of diarrhea after receiving total enteral nutrition treatment; 6. Agree to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Symptoms of intestinal obstruction; 2. Surgical history within the last 6 months; 3. Suffer from metabolic diseases such as diabetes; 4. Have received EN treatment within the last 6 months.
