Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Single ankle sprain, drawer test and varus stress test showed no significant structural instability, no gender restriction, aged above 18 years; 2. In the past 1 year, there was at least one obvious history of lateral ankle sprain in the unilateral ankle. Swelling or pain occurred after the injury, which resulted in the failure of normal weight bearing of the foot, and the ankle felt out of control during functional activities; 3. The most recent ankle sprain occurred 3 months before study participation; 4. No other major injuries to lower limbs and ankles, such as fractures and surgeries; 5. Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAIT) score <24; 6. The injured ankle has not received rehabilitation treatment; 7. Clear awareness, good compliance, able to complete the prescribed measurement actions; 8. Participate in the study voluntarily and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other neurological disorders that affect muscle strength, gait, and balance.
