12 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 12 years; 2. Bilateral moderate to severe sensorineural hearing loss; 3. At least 12 months experience with Nucleus 24 series or CI500 series implants; 4. At least 6 months experience with Nucleus 6 or 5 sound processor; 5. At least 3 months of ACE strategy experience with a stimulation rate of 900pps/ch; 6. In a quiet environment, implant the side of CI, and the score of monosyllabic word recognition test is greater than or equal to 30%; 7. Be willing to participate in and comply with all requirements of the agreement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Deafness caused by injury of auditory nerve or central auditory pathway; 2. Patients with acoustic nerve diseases; 3. Other barriers to participation in the assessment.
