Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gestational age >=37 weeks; 2. Admitted to the neonatal intensive ward within 24 hours of the onset of septic shock; 3. Fluid resuscitation and vasoactive medication did not correct the shock, VIS>=59.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital cardiovascular dysplasia affecting hemodynamics. 2. Genetic metabolic diseases, etc.
