Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria of myocardial hypertrophy, essential hypertension and heart failure; 2. Patients who have no hypertensive emergency, hypertensive crisis attack, acute coronary events and acute heart failure attack or hospitalization in the past 1 month; 3. The patients are informed and sign the informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary hypertension; 2. Clearly diagnose patients with coronary artery disease; 3. Clearly diagnose patients with myocarditis or cardiomyopathy, such as hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, dilated cardiomyopathy, restrictive cardiomyopathy, etc.; 4. Clearly diagnose patients with infective endocarditis and pericardial disease; 5. Patients with cardiac hypertrophy and heart failure caused by non-hypertensive factors such as severe valvular heart disease, diabetes, chronic kidney disease; 6. Patients with asthma, other allergic diseases and parasitic infections; 7. Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 8. Patients with malignant tumors.
