Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent application is not required, and the clinical laboratory has EDTA-K2 anticoagulant blood remaining after the patient's routine examination in hospital; 2. The patient was diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction; 3. Aged 18 and 80 years, regardless of gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Autoimmune diseases; 2. Tumor diseases; 3. Severe infection; 4. Pregnancy; 5. Previous PCI surgery.
