Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Forearm surgery was performed at an appropriate time; 2. ASA?-?; 3. Aged 3-12 years; 4. Get the informed consent signed by the guardian.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal of brachial plexus block; 2. Puncture site infection; 3. Coagulation dysfunction; 4. Peripheral neuropathy; 5. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 6. Lung infection; 7. Craniocerebral injury; 8. Local anesthesia drug allergy; 9. Predictable difficult airway; 10. The upper limb of the operative side cannot abduct; 11. History of supraclavicular trauma and surgery.
