Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) age =18 years and < 60 years; 2) a clear history of acute ankle sprain in 3 days, resulting in swelling and pain of ankle and Dyskinesia, no open injury; 3) x-ray examination excluded ankle fracture or dislocation and instability; 4) the degree of ankle injury was confirmed by symptom examination as grade I and Grade II (not including Grade III)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) age < 18 or =60 years; 2) Abnormal Liver and kidney function; 3) Atypical parkinsonism caused by drugs, metabolic diseases, encephalitis, or degenerative diseases (such as progressive supranuclear numbness and Multiple System Atrophy) ; 4) allergic to drugs and food; 5) active neoplastic disease; 6) history of mental illness and use of antipsychotic before months; 7) pregnant breast-feeding; 8) Ankle Sprain Degree III confirmed by physical examination.
