Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Postoperative elderly patients aged 65-90 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a clear history of central nervous disorder, mental illness, epilepsy and neurosurgery; 2. Patients with speech communication or hearing and vision impairment who cannot complete the delirium evaluation; 3. Chronic use of sedatives or other psychotropic drugs and alcohol abuse; 4. Preoperative MMSE<=23 points.
