Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No or a small amount of experience in mindfulness meditation; 2. Have not participated in similar experiments; 3. In good health, no symptoms of cold or fever, and not taking or taking antidepressant drugs; 4. Normal vision or corrected vision, no color vision disorder; 5. The subjects participating in the experiment should avoid smoking, alcohol, coffee and milk tea the day before, and maintain adequate sleep and do not stay up late.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is 3D dizziness in the VR group and it is difficult to continue the experiment 2. Failure to pass fatigue-inducing tasks
