Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic heart failure in China Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure 2018; 2. Tilburg Scale >=5 points; 3. Aged >=60 years, capable of language expression and able to complete the questionnaire; 4. Informed consent and voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital heart disease, acute myocardial infarction, acute coronary syndrome and other absolute/relative contraindications; 2. Patients with other major physical diseases or heart transplantation; 3. Severe mental illness or cognitive impairment; 4. Patients with severe lumbar disc herniation, fracture, hemiplegia and other diseases affecting limb function or significantly limited activity ability; 5. Also participate in other intervention studies.
