30 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 30-60 years, Han nationality, 50/50 for men and women; 2. Express understanding and support for this study, voluntarily agree and sign the informed consent; 3. Be able to correctly understand the meaning of each item in the questionnaire and fill it in correctly; 4. The control group was the people who did not use microecological regulators, and the other group was the people who used microecological regulators; 5. Resident population (>=5 years).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who cannot tolerate microecological regulators; 2. Pregnant patients with severe gastrointestinal diseases, neuropsychiatric diseases, cancer, major surgery, breast-feeding plan to become pregnant; 3. Use drugs that affect intestinal flora.
