20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Single pregnancy; 2. ASA grade I-II; 3. Aged 20-45 years; Pregnant >=37 weeks, the next section of elective cesarean section patients; 4. BMI < 35 kg/m^2; 5. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications to intravertebral anesthesia; 2. Patients with high blood pressure, cardiopulmonary disease, chronic use of adrenergic blockers or calcium channel blockers, and a known history of alcohol or drug abuse; 3. Local anesthetic allergy; 4. Refuse to participate in the experiment.
