Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aneurysm rupture group: (1) Aged >=18 years with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH); (2) CTA of the head showed cystic intracranial aneurysm; (3) Patient/family members sign informed consent. 2. Non-ruptured aneurysm group: (1) Aged >=18 years, no SAH; (2) CTA of the head showed cystic intracranial aneurysm; (3) Patient/family members sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pseudoaneurysm, dissection aneurysm or dynamic aneurysm with cerebrovascular malformation or intracranial arteriovenous fistula; 2. Accompanied by other complications such as chronic heart, liver, kidney, lung diseases and malignant tumors; 3. Patients enrolled in other clinical trials.
