60 Years to 110 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged >=60 years, scheduled to undergo elective open surgery, estimated operation time of more than 2 hours, intraoperative general anesthesia mechanical ventilation, regardless of gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications to general anesthesia; 2. BMI > 40kg/m^2; 3. Patients with head, neck and chest deformity.
