Group K:0.5 ng·kg-1·min-1 of alprostadil was given at the beginning of the operation until the end of the operation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First liver transplantation; 2. No severe arrhythmias, heart function grade II or III, and liver function Child-Pugh grade B or C; 3. Obtain the consent of the child's guardian and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined multi-organ transplantation; 2. Severe respiratory diseases.
