Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Han nationality, female (22-50 years old), BMI 18.5-28 kg/m^2, baseline 25(OH)D < 30 ng/mL.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Taking calcium, magnesium or vitamin D supplements in the last 1 month or taking medications that may affect vitamin D metabolism, calcium absorption or cardiovascular disease risk; 2. Patients with abnormal liver and kidney function, diabetes, hypertension, asthma, malabsorption and other related diseases affecting gastrointestinal absorption.
