Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for postpartum depression; 2. Pregnant patients with a single, uncomplicated pregnancy, or with a child between 6 weeks and 18 months of age; 3. The Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale (EPDS) was used to measure maternal happiness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with two or more children; 2. Family history of mental illness; 3. Take antidepressants; 4. High-risk patients; 5. Patients with other complications.
