Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Community-dwelling older peopel with urinary incontinence: 1. Aged 60 years and above; 2. Had the low and moderate level of severity of urinary incontinence (The ICIQ-SF score is less than 14) for at least three months; 3. Had a smart phone and access to WeChat Application; 4. Could speak and read Mandarin fluently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have high level of severity of urinary incontinence (The ICIQ-SF score is more than 14); 2. Were undergoing the drug or surgical treatment for urinary incontinence.
