Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who were diagnosed with thin endometrium and had fertility requirements and planned to undergo hysteroscopy (the standard was endometrium thickness < 7mm on ovulation day/hormone replacement cycle endometrium conversion day); 2. A history of hysteroscopic adhesions release for two or more times, and the present uterine shape is normal or mildly adhesions (Chinese diagnostic grading criteria for intrauterine adhesions); 3. Aged 20-45 years; 4. BMI 22-29kg/m^2; 5. FSH < 15mIU/ml or frozen embryos.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diseases unsuitable for surgery or pregnancy, such as inflammation of the genitourinary system and uncontrolled systemic diseases; 2. Patients with suspected or potential malignant tumors or a family history of malignant tumors in their immediate family; 3. Suspected or suspected alcohol and drug abusers; 4. Refusing to sign informed consent and participate in the study.
