Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Non-employed caregivers recognized by the patient as the primary caregiver, who spend the most time in the family and bear part of the nursing responsibility (including family members, relatives, friends associated with the patient or the cumulative time of care in the hospital >=72 hours); 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Caregivers of patients to be operated on for lung cancer; 4. Clear consciousness and able to fill in the questionnaire independently; 5. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have received relevant intervention in the last 3 months; 2. Patients with severe physical diseases and cognitive dysfunction.
