18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with myopia and myopic astigmatism aged no less than 18 years; (2) Diopter: the diopter is stable for more than 2 years, and the change in the past year does not exceed 0.50D; Sphere(s) -1.00D ~ -10.00D; Cylinder (c) = -5.00D; (3) Best corrected visual acuity = 0.0 (LogMAR); (4) Cornea: transparent without obvious cloudiness, excluding keratoconus and other corneal diseases; (5) The soft contact lens was stopped for at least 2 weeks before operation; Stop wearing hard contact lenses for at least 4 weeks; Stop wearing corneal shaping glasses for at least 3 months; (6) The preoperative corneal thickness is more than 480 um, and the thickness of the remaining corneal stromal bed is expected to be more than 280 um.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Serious ocular surface diseases, such as severe dry eye and corneal dilation diseases, such as keratoconus or suspected keratoconus, etc; (2) Serious ocular adnexal lesions, such as eyelid defect, eyelid deformation and incomplete closure of eyelid fissure; (3) Internal eye diseases, such as glaucoma, iritis and retinopathy; (4) The cornea is too thin, and the thickness of the remaining stromal bed of the central cornea after lens removal is expected to be less than 250um; The lenticule is too thin (< 20um); (5)Systemic diseases or mental diseases such as depression and anxiety.
