18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign informed consent; 2. Patients undergoing elective craniocerebral surgery under general anesthesia; 3. Aged 18-60 years, ASA grade I-III; 4. Preoperative cardiopulmonary function, ECG and electrolyte were normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient refused to participate in the trial; 2. Preoperative medication to prolong QT interval (such as antiarrhythmic drugs, ß-receptor antagonists, antidepressants, phenothiazines, etc.); 3. Combined with diabetes mellitus and other endocrine diseases; 4. The operation lasted more than 4 hours.
