Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. RVO-ME patients diagnosed by FFA; 2. Cooperate with OCTA and fundus photographic examination; 3. OCTA images are clear and readable, RTVue OCT signal index >=50; 4. (NCT) Intraocular pressure < 22mmHg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Significant macular anterior membrane, active retinal or optic disc neovascularization, active or old choroid neovascularization, iris neovascularization, active eye infection, anaprystalline or anterior chamber iols, obvious refractive media opacity, and previous history of corticosteroid IOP; 2. The affected eye has received anticoagulant drugs or any anti-VEGF or steroid treatment; 3. Have received intraocular surgery or laser treatment; 4. Glaucoma, ocular tumors, diabetic retinopathy, systemic and ocular immunity, infectious diseases, pregnancy, etc.
