Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 to 75 years; 2. HER2-positive (gene mutation, gene amplification, protein overexpression) solid tumor confirmed by histology or cytology; 3. Patients with brain metastases who plan to receive pyrotinib for treatment; 4. There are traceable medical history records during treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not signing the informed consent; 2. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 3. The patient has serious concomitant diseases, or any other condition that the investigator considers the patient unsuitable to participate in this study.
