Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >18 years. 2. The patient has signs of tissue hypoperfusion, such as: (1) Tachycardia; (2) Damp and cold skin; (3) Blood pressure less than 90/60 mmHg or assessed arterial pressure less than 75mmHg; (4) Urine output less than 0.5ml/kg/h for at least 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient presented with elevated abdominal pressure (abdominal pressure higher than 12mmHg), arrhythmia, pulmonary hypertension, severe heart valve union, severe thoracic aortic anatomic malformation, external cardiac pacemaker, head trauma, severe heart failure, thrombotic elastic socks, and uncooperative patients, and the researchers considered that the patients were not suitable for inclusion. 2. Patients who are not suitable for inclusion for other reasons, such as those who need immediate rescue if the subject has definite massive bleeding or active bleeding.
