Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years; 2. Patients identified as GIST by pathological diagnosis (both adjuvant therapy and advanced GIST); 3. Take imatinib mesylate (Gleevec) at the same dose for at least one month; 4. Patients who monitored the blood concentration of imatinib at least 2 times during the medication period; 5. ECOG score =6; 8. Patients who voluntarily sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with other tumors; 2. Pregnant patients; 3. Lactating patients; 4. Poor medication compliance during treatment; 5. Patients who took CYP3A4/5 inhibitors or inducers (such as phenobarbital, phenytoin sodium, rifamequal) 1 week before and after blood concentration monitoring significantly affected imatinib blood concentration; 6. Patients taking other generic names of imatinib mesylate; 7. Patients with symptoms such as rash, bone marrow suppression, edema or drug-related adverse reactions before taking imatinib.
