Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients requiring thoracolumbar pedicle screw internal fixation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged <18 years; 2. Patients with hyperparathyroidism, multiple myeloma, rheumatoid arthritis, and systemic lupus erythematosus; 3. Patients with long-term use of glucocorticoids; 4. Patients with spinal fracture, spinal tumor and infection.
