Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 0-8 years who were diagnosed with congenital heart disease in our hospital and underwent vascular interventional surgery in the Department of Cardiology and surgical operations in the Department of Thoracic surgery due to their condition; 2. Children with congenital heart disease diagnosed in our hospital and required to undergo surgical operations in the Department of Thoracic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital heart disease and congenital cardiopulmonary vascular malformations from right to left; 2. Preoperative operation; 3. Oral/nasal corticosteroids or antibiotics 4 weeks before registration; 4. Premature infants and test-tube babies; 5. Use of immunosuppressive drugs; 6. Oral or pulmonary infection occurred 4 weeks before enrollment.
