Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Moyamoya disease: (1) DSA or MRI examination meets the diagnostic criteria for Moyamoya disease, presenting with unexplained unilateral or bilateral stenosis or occlusion of the end of the internal carotid artery, the anterior cerebral artery and/or the beginning of the middle cerebral artery, accompanied by the expansion of the bottom of the brain perforating artery or the brain surface capillaries, i.e. the formation of moyamoya blood vessels. (2) Ischemic cerebrovascular diseases of carotid system were diagnosed according to DSA and MR. 2. Sign the informed consent form. 3. Aged > 18 and < 70 years. 4. The patient's education level reached primary school or above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with vascular disease due to immune system disorders. 2. Patients unable to undergo revascularization surgery. 3. Other neuropsychiatric diseases affecting cognitive function (such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, depression, anxiety, cerebral hemorrhage, hydrocephalus, craniocerebral trauma, etc.). 4. Contraindications to magnetic resonance examination (with cardiac pacemaker, nerve stimulator, artificial metal heart valve and other metal foreign body, etc.).
