Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Adult patients undergoing elective isolated coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation; (2) Ten or more days of preoperative preparation before surgery; (3) Patients voluntarily accepted anesthesia and signed informed consent; (4) Proficient in communicating in Chinese
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patientswith end-stage disease and a life expectancy of 6 months; (2) Patients with previous mental or neurological diseases, such as depression, severe central nervous depression, schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease or Alzheimer's disease. (3) Patients unable to perform cognitive tests due to blindness, severe deafness or dementia; (4) Patients with preoperative routine use of psychotropic drugs or opioids (5) Preoperative delirium; (6) Having a history of alcohol abuse or withdrawal in the past 6 months; (7) Inability to communicate before surgery (coma or dementia) (8) Patients currently participating in other clinical trials (9) Secondary surgery was planned within 7 days after surgery
