18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years; 2. Body mass index (BMI) >= 32.5 kg/m2; 3. Patients without diabetes and related complications; 4. The patient is clinically diagnosed with periodontitis; 5. Have not received periodontitis treatment in the past six months; 6. At least 16 remaining teeth; 7. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Smokers; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. History of radiotherapy to the head and neck; 4. Long-term use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, corticosteroids, tetracycline, bisphosphonates or other drugs that affect bone regeneration; 5. Teeth are obviously crowded, ectopic, torsion; 6. Acute infection of the affected tooth; 7. Abusing drugs or alcohol or suffering from a poorly controlled mental illness; 8. Poor general condition, difficult to tolerate anesthesia or surgery.
