Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with IBD should meet the following criteria: modified Mayo score >= 11 for UC patients or simplified CDAI score > 16 for CD patients; 2. Healthy subjects should have no gastrointestinal diseases, no other visceral inflammatory diseases, no depression and other mental diseases; 3. Able to complete the questionnaire independently or with the help of others; 4. No previous mental or psychological problems; 5. Age > 18 years; 6. Subject himself or his legal representative will sign the informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diabetes, functional gastrointestinal diseases; 2. Combined pregnancy; 3. Recently used antidepressant and anti-anxiety drugs; 4. Exclude hepatitis B, hepatitis C and HIV patients.
