Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Above 18 years and below 50 years; 2. For single patients with clinically confirmed meibomian gland cyst, within 1 month of the onset of the disease, preferably 3 days to 2 weeks after the onset of the disease, there is no local signs of acute infection and inflammation; 3. In patients with clinically diagnosed multiple and recurrent meibomian gland cysts, recurrence still occurs after drug or surgical curettage treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Had eye trauma or eye surgery within half a year; 2. Patients with other eye diseases, such as eyelid malformation, chronic dacryocystitis, corneal disease, glaucoma and uveitis; 3. Patients with systemic diseases that may affect ocular surface evaluation, such as tumors, autoimmune diseases, mental diseases, diabetes, etc.; 4. Local drugs or treatments such as hormones, acupuncture or surgical incision and drainage were used for meibomian gland cyst two weeks before surgery; 5. Patients with local inflammation and melasma of periorbital skin, or with dark skin color and photoallergy are not suitable for IPL periorbital treatment; 6. Difficult to cooperate with the completion of relevant examination and treatment and follow-up.
