Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient agreed to participate in the study, voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent; 2. X-ray and MRI confirmed disc degeneration with or without Modic change; 3. Age above 18 years, gender unlimited; 4. Able to communicate well with researchers and follow the whole validation requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous acute or severe infection; 2. Patients with metabolic disorder, immune dysfunction and implant abuse; 3. Malignant tumor; 4. Patients don't want to participate; 5. History of spinal surgery or minimally invasive treatment.
