Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. HIV antibody positive, confirmed by Western Blot confirmation test; 2. CD4+ cell count < 350 /µL; 3. The subjects are aged 18-65 years, male or female, and can cooperate with the questionnaire; 4. Volunteer to participate in this study, sign informed consent, and can be followed up on time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Psychopaths; 2. Patients with primary immunodeficiency, patients with secondary immunodeficiency caused by hormones, chemotherapy, etc., and patients with blood diseases; 3. Unwilling to provide medical history or incomplete data.
