Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with recurrent atrial fibrillation after surgical ablation: 2. Patients with persistent atrial fibrillation, atrial fibrillation lasting more than 15 min or persistent atrial flutter were defined as recurrent atrial fibrillation after 24 h holter electrocardiogram detection 2 months after surgery (blank period).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have not undergone surgical procedures; 2. Patients with thrombus in the left atrium as indicated by cardiac ultrasound examination; 3. Subjects with incomplete medical record information, incomplete treatment information, or missing other relevant tests are excluded.
