No minimum to 6 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age below 6 years, gender unlimited; 2. ASA grade I-II; 3. Proposed dental caries treatment; 4. The expected operation time for patients undergoing general anesthesia is more than 1 hour; 5. Family members or guardians are fully informed and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with congenital heart disease or severe hematological diseases; 2. Epilepsy, autism, ADHD and other neuropsychiatric diseases; 3. Severe lung disease or impairment of liver or kidney function; 4. Previous or follow-up history of anesthesia surgery; 5. History of convulsion and craniocerebral trauma during follow-up.
