50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. At least one cardiovascular disease risk factor, including: (1) Being overweight or obese (BMI > 24 kg/m2); (2) Triglyceride (TG) > 1.88 mmol/L; (3) Total cholesterol (TC) > 5.7 mmol/L; (4) HDL-c 4.11 mmol/L; (6) Fasting blood glucose (FBG) > 6.1mmol /L; (7) Blood pressure > 140/90 mmHg; 2. No allergies to all designed diets and experiments; 3. The research can be completed with high compliance according to the requirements through communication and negotiation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Taking drugs that affect the immune system for a long time; 2. Antibiotics may be taken during the intervention; 3. Prebiotics, probiotics or vitamins were supplemented two weeks before the intervention; 4. After investigation and analysis, subjects who had followed the diet were excluded from the study.
